WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?

We service the Jersey Shore for the Tri-State area for the past 30+ years. Please call us at 732-295-0556 for anything, we will gladly help to get you wherever you want to go.

WHAT VEHICLES DO YOU OFFER FOR HIRE?

Our fleet includes Sedans, SUV’s and Stretch Limousines.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We suggest reservations be made at least 48 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability by calling 732-295-0556. If you have an emergency and need immediate service, please call us at 732-673-0147.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Classic Coach Limousines offers all inclusive airport service, as well as hourly service based on minimum time requirements and also based on the vehicle that you choose. Please call us for more details at 732-295-0556.

ARE YOU CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS?

No. As a premier limousine service provider at the Jersey Shore, we offer our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

WILL YOU MEET PASSENGERS IN THE AIRPORT?

Yes. We offer inside meet and greet or curbside pick-up. Please let us know which you prefer. We’re here to make your trip run as smoothly as possible.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS LOST IN YOUR VEHICLE?

Please call us at 732-295-0556 and ask to speak with Marilyn. While Classic Coach Limousines is not responsible for any items that are lost or left in our vehicles, we will do our best to help you locate those items.

WHY DO YOU SUGGEST EARLY PICK UP TIMES FOR DEPARTURES?

We follow the Department of Aviation guidelines for airport arrival times. We also account for delays with security, weather and/or heavy traffic.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

At Classic Coach Limousines we monitor all flights arriving at all airports. As the estimated time for arrival approaches, our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes with your arrival time. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. You do need to contact us if your flight information changes (ie: if you change your flight, bumped to a different flight or you miss your flight).

WILL MY DRIVER HELP ME WITH MY LUGGAGE?

Yes, our Chauffeurs are always happy to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage and any other items you may have. In fact, our Chauffeurs will bring everything right up to your door.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

For Sedans, if you cancel less than six hours before your scheduled pick up time, we will charge 100% cancellation fee. We require at least a 24-hour notice to change or cancel your reservation for SUV’s or Limousines. Please speak with us for additional policies regarding cancellations.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

We ask for a credit card to hold the reservation and we will not charge the credit card until the day before your trip.

DO I HAVE TO PAY WITH THE CREDIT CARD I PROVIDED WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION?

No. The credit That was taken when the reservation was set up is just to hold the reservation. Please notify us in advance to let us know that you want to pay for the trip with another credit card or a different form of payment. We would be happy to assist you with this change.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Classic Coach Limousines respects your rights to privacy and we handle your personal information with care. We may contact you regarding our specials and promotions. We will never sell or share your information with anyone.
